Required background: Housebuilding
Being the UK’s leading mixed-tenure, multi-regional, multi award winning developer and housebuilder, our client is looking for a Technical Manager to bolster their team within the South East region.
Regarding your management style, you will be expected to be proactive, to lead and delegate appropriately across a wider team and be able to effectively communicate and motivate positively in order to influence others to ensure objectives are met.
You should have a strong understanding of planning, financial and legal processes coupled with background knowledge in property.
The ideal candidate should have Project Management experience in either a development company or professional practice, a strong understanding of JCT forms of contract and the general construction process and experience in a Senior Technical position.
Our client has asked that relevant qualifications have already been obtained including Degree level education or 5+ relevant industry experience.
