Our Client is the SME Housebuilding arm of a large and well-funded subcontract and main contractor Group. They specialise in medium sized sites of high quality and deliver 4 or 5 schemes per year, yielding strong operating figures. This makes them a stable and opportune place to work with a hands on culture and tangible headroom to progress your career.
We are looking for an up and coming Surveyor or Buyer to undertake a dual role and ultimately grow with the firm. Given the size of the company, you will be exposed to wider parts of the business and some excellent people.
