Our client is a renowned and well-regarded house builder. Operating nationally and with a first class reputation across the sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced and quality driven Site Manager to lead on their new development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day of the development.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are enforced and adhered to.
- Monitor and inspect quality and presentation to ensure the highest standards are being achieved.
- Ensure standard terms and conditions are agreed with all orders/contracts placed
