Our client is an SME developer, privately owned and well regarded for delivering small a sites in the South West London and North Surrey area.
With a pipeline of three schemes within a 1 mile area, this opportunity presents 3+ years of guaranteed work – initially completing 5 timber frame houses before moving onto a block of 3 apartments with 3 executive homes and finally another high quality site coming through planning.
We are seeking a stand alone Site Manager to deliver these three projects, who brings an eye for detail to demand an exceptional finish.
