Our client is a well-funded, highly reputable developer with an operational area spanning Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Due to continued growth and with a large number of sites coming through, we are looking to further strengthen the Technical department with an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator. Working closely with the department Director, you will oversee the delivery of 2-3 live schemes and be on a fast-tracked development plan to a senior role within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record within housebuilding ideally with a national developer.
