Our client is an award winning developer looking to strengthen the team with a Senior Strategic Land Manager that is self-sufficient and able to work independently to prepare land bids.
They will have strong attention to detail and be able to prepare thorough land acquisition packs for review by the Land Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong deal sheet and a good network of contacts and will be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
