Having recently introduced the Construction Director to this region who has a fantastic track record and reputation, we are now working closely with him to grow his team as the number and size of live schemes continues to ramp up.
As project lead, you will be ultimately responsible for a multi-phase housing development of traditional build, managing a team to deliver both private and social units.
The pipeline of local forthcoming sites is significant and therefore this presents as a genuinely long term opportunity.
