We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable developer specialising in high-rise RC frame schemes within London. This is an exciting chance to be part of a 15+ year flagship project in West London, offering stability and multiple phases to work on.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Oversee and manage various packages, including M&E.
- Collaborate with an established team to ensure the successful delivery of a long-term, large-scale residential development.
- Play a critical role in ensuring cost efficiency, contract management, and financial performance across the project life cycle.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in high-rise RC frame developments.
- Demonstrates a strong track record of permanency and loyalty, reflecting commitment and reliability in previous roles.
- Is a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in high-rise RC frame developments.
- Strong understanding of M&E packages and associated cost control.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
