Required background: Main Contracting
Our Client’s business was formed 7+ years ago by two proven and highly driven housing professionals. They are involved in some high end Private Client projects and open market sale jobs for Developers and Property Companies but the main area of growth is in social housing schemes in conjunction with housing association and local authority frame works. The majority of their work is new build but they do also undertake some refurbishment and change of use projects.
The firm is ahead of set revenue targets and in a particularly strong position at present with an excellent pipeline of secured work and a variety of schemes at preconstruction and tender stage.
We have been mandated to further strengthen a dynamic commercial department with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead 1 or 2 projects dependant on size or complexity. There is tangible career progression and a collaborative working culture is on offer within a young company that is going places.
Residential experience is a prerequisite and ideally some exposure within a main contractor.
