We are seeking an accomplished Senior Projects Manager to lead luxury fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role will focus on large-scale hospitality, hotel, and high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of luxury fit-out projects, ensuring strict control from start to handover.
- Lead the tendering process and identify new client opportunities to support business growth.
- Control all commercial elements, including budgets, scope changes, and final accounts to ensure profitability.
- Direct site operations and sub-contractors to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Create detailed plans that mitigate risk and align procurement with the build schedule.
- Handle client reporting and local authority approvals, maintaining quality assurance at every stage.
Key Requirements
- At least 15 years’ experience in an interior fit-out contracting environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Robust technical and commercial acumen with in-depth technical knowledge of the various trades involved in luxury fit-out.
- Demonstrated success in leading project teams and managing multiple assignments from award to completion.
- A university degree in a technical or construction-related discipline is preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multinational, multi-cultural environment.
