A newly launched division of a well-established $200M interior group operating across the GCC is seeking Senior Project Managers to lead and deliver high-quality commercial fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership role for professionals who can oversee projects from inception to completion while ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Direct and manage project execution, ensuring all works are properly monitored, coordinated and controlled.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, setting goals and objectives to align with performance expectations.
- Monitor project progress, control risks and implement strategic decisions to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop contingency plans to address any project challenges and keep projects on track.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and key stakeholders at all times.
- Meet with clients and stakeholders to report on project progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and comply with company policies.
Team Management & Development
- Acquire, develop and manage the project team, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure task completion and successful project outcomes.
Procurement & Financial Control
- Conduct and administer procurement in line with project schedules and budgets.
- Control project accounting, verify and manage changes in scope and costs.
- Recommend adjustments as needed to keep the project within budget and on time.
Quality & Risk Management
- Perform quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor, control, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, permitting, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering high-value commercial fit-out projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities.
- Technical expertise in project planning, contract administration and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
