We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a residential developer to lead a multi-phase brownfield site in West London.
You will be working as part of a team on the pre-construction stages preparing for commencement on site.
This site is a large brownfield regeneration site of both RC Frame apartments as well as traditional build housing. In total this is scheme will provide over 2000 units and great a vibrant new community.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who has a proven track record of managing schemes of a similar size and value. You must also hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.
