We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a flagship, multi-phase development project spanning the next 17 years.
This project is new build retail with 3 storeys for parking above this and then a further 4 floor of residential, there will be a further 6 blocks of RC frame apartments which will range between 8 and 15 storeys, totalling 473 units, this will be starting on site in early 2026 and is currently at Riba stage 3 design. This will go to 2033, then in 2030 they will start work on the other side of the road, where Tesco is currently, once they have opened the new store. This will be demo’d and they will be building 1677 houses all traditional build. This site will go to 2041.
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wants to progress to Project Director and eventually Construction Director for the region. Must have experience on similar schemes.
