We are representing a Family office and Development Company who are delivering a 20+ year project and have mandated us to strengthen their small team of highly experienced property professionals.
This is a career defining mixed-use scheme that is complex in nature and will incorporate residential, BTR / PRS, later living, retail space, commercial offices and light industrial units. All being driven forward with a genuine placemaking mindset.
We are looking for:
- Cradle to grave development exposure
- Solid engineering / technical comprehension of land parcels
- Experience of land disposal for a mixture of purposes
- Entrepreneurial approach to commercialising opportunities
- Track record of stakeholder management and forging commercial partnerships
- A breadth of sector experience to reflect the nature of the scheme
