Our client, a prestigious multi-award-winning 5-star developer, is seeking to appoint a Senior Bid/Bid Writer to support business growth by leading the production of high-quality, persuasive, and strategically focused bid submissions.
In this role, you will collaborate with a range of internal teams — including pre-construction, business development, marketing, and technical experts — to develop compelling proposals that effectively showcase our client’s capabilities. You will take ownership of the entire bid process, from managing and curating content to ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals. Additionally, you will contribute to post-tender presentations and commercial narratives.
With a strong focus on compliance, strategy, and impactful storytelling, you will help uphold and enhance our client’s outstanding success rate. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior bid writers and fostering a collaborative, high-achieving bid team culture.
The ideal candidate will bring significant bid writing experience, preferably within the residential or construction industries, combined with excellent writing, organisational, and strategic planning skills.
