Our client, a leading commercial fit-out contractor, is looking to onboard a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and fast-paced team.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in two-stage D&B and traditional procurement routes, five years of experience working in either main contracting or interior fit-out sectors and who is proven in managing project costs, procurement and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost planning, budgeting and financial control for high-value fit-out projects.
- Lead procurement and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee valuations, variations and final accounts to ensure financial success.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, design teams and stakeholders to maintain commercial viability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal and financial obligations.
- Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout project lifecycles.
