Our client is a renowned and well-regarded 5* house builder. Operating nationally and with a first-class reputation across the sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious driven Quantity Surveyor to join what is already a high performing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost control & budgeting for live sites.
- Manage all sub-contract orders on site, meeting sub-contractors as and when required.
- Produce quarterly valuations and complete material ‘cost to complete’ exercises for each site
- Ensure standard terms and conditions are agreed with all orders/contracts placed
