Required background: Listed building conversions
Our client is an award winning and respected developer who are now looking to strengthen their commercial function with a strong and ambitious Quantity Surveyor.
You will be working on a site of 263 units, which is currently in production, on the remaining new build units, as well as then working on a grade 1 listed building of historical importance, converting the ground floor for commercial use alongside its residential apartments.
The ideal candidate will have c. 5 to 6 years of experience within a volume housebuilder or residential contractor with exposure to converting listed properties and RC frame.
