We are working exclusively with a national developer in the South East to support the growth of their commercial team. Having introduced the Commercial Manager to lead on a 1000+ unit strategic project on the South Coast, we are now handling the search to appoint a driven, motivated and dynamic Quantity Surveyor to appoint and manage subcontractors on the first of many phases to come. The site is due to commence in the coming months, offering a chance to join at a key stage with long-term incentives in the pipeline. This position will be site based on the South Coast, with monthly travel to the regional office.
