This SME developer is a long-standing client of ours and has grown consistently over the last 5 or 6 years. They deliver a mix of small bespoke sites and some larger projects up to circa 300 units. Offering a fantastic culture, they have a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality homes.
We are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who would relish working in an autonomous role, splitting my time between a fantastic site and the office.
- Housebuilding experience is required and ideally demonstratable track record of delivering traditional build houses and apartments.
- Can come from a PLC or bespoke developer.
- Residential contracting background will be considered.
- Tangible progression within the business.
