With a need to keep aligned to the ever-changing construction sector and processes involved, there is a need to onboard a Construction Quality and Gateway Records Manager that can operate across High Rise and Traditional build developments. Please see below for greater information:
Key responsibilities:
1. Inspecting construction activities and reporting on materials, workmanship, compliance with approved drawings, specifications, building regulations, and company quality standards.
2. To verify the accuracy and completeness of QA records compiled by sub-contractors and site management, with a particular focus on the ‘Golden Thread’ information to be submitted to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) at Gateway
3. This role focuses on maintaining fire safety, structural integrity, high-quality finishes and overall compliance throughout each phase of homebuilding—from foundation to final handover
