Our client is looking to onbaord an accomplished Projects Manager to execute luxury fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role will focus on large-scale hospitality, hotel, and high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of luxury fit-out projects.
- Drive business growth by supervising the tendering function and identifying new client opportunities.
- Control all commercial elements, including budgets, scope changes and final accounts.
- Direct on-site operations and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure strict quality standards.
- Manage local authority approvals and quality assurance processes to guarantee a seamless handover.
- Lead the project team and maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- At least 10-12 years’ experience in an interior fit-out contracting environment, with at least 6–7 years spent managing teams or multi-site operations.
- A proven track record of delivering Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, F&B etc. projects within the region.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with in-depth technical knowledge of the various trades involved in luxury fit-out.
- A university degree in a technical or construction-related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multinational, multi-cultural environment.
