Required background: Housebuilding
A Client facing role where internal and external communication is key in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams as well as working closely with the supply chain and having a new business capacity to bring forward work opportunities through your network.
Reporting into the Operations Director, you will form a key part of the Business Management Team which is effectively a shadow Board and gives Senior Managers within the organisation scope to take more accountability for business decisions. You will also have the opportunity to bring people with you spanning Site and Project Management, as well as Design.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in high quality residential, refurb and new build schemes within the capital and home counties, alongside a professional qualification.
