Our Client is an SME house builder with a long-standing reputation, delivering houses across the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area. Following a re-brand, there is a need to onboard a Managing Director to take the business forward and to achieve realistic growth targets, supported by an already established Board. Ideally, we are considering proven Operations Directors that may be blocked for progression where they are, as well as operationally proven individuals within the Development, Commercial, Technical and Construction disciplines. An exposure and understanding of the Affordable Housing market would also be beneficial, allied to an all-round ability to lead and drive the team.
