Required background: Housebuilding
Our client is a five-star house builder delivering quality houses with Community and Sustainability at the forefront of their brand. We are working with our client to onboard a Layout Designer, either from a house builder or from a consultancy, that can provide evidence and show their breadth of AutoCAD experience and strong understanding of residential development. Whilst sitting in the Technical department, you will work closely with the Land and Planning teams and impact on upcoming developments into the regional business.
