Required background: Housebuilding
We are working closely with a privately-owned, cash-rich housebuilder based in Hertfordshire to strengthen their Land team with a driven, experience Land Manager. Working alongside the experienced Land Director, you will play a key part in driving business growth with the acquisition of sites between 50-200 units through the North and South Home Counties. This is an all-encompassing role where you will be involved in putting together bid packs and cost planning sites as a team.
