We are supporting a well-established architectural practice in their search for a talented, proactive Architect to join their London team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified professional to contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes, while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across all RIBA stages on residential and mixed-use developments.
- Develop design proposals and technical packages using Revit.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to planning applications, tender documentation, and construction detailing.
- Support project leads in maintaining programme, budget, and design intent.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Solid experience in the residential sector, preferably within a UK context.
- Strong design and technical ability, with experience across multiple project stages.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential – must be confident using Revit in a professional setting.
- Good understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
