Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning housebuilder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Head of Finance to join.
Working closely with the Group’s primary owner and funder, you will lead the day-to-day of the Finance department and play a key role in the creation and implementation of the Management Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Finance departments from an operational point of view, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate financial operations.
- Take a hands on role in managing cash flow and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to drive revenue growth to improve profitability.
- Oversee and manage the budgeting process across the business.
- Implement and manage month-end processes, stakeholder reporting, statutory accounts preparation and external audit reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Housebuilding experience is essential – preferably within a quality led SME environment
- Degree qualified – preferably with ACCA / CMIA qualification
