Our client is delivering a quality mixed tenure product across the Midlands area, incorporating traditional and modern methods of construction. With an upcoming growth of the company, there is an opportunity for an ambitious and proven Contracts/Building Manager that can make the step up to lead the Construction team, reporting to the MD.
