We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a residential development project for a 3-month contract.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in inner London RC Frame apartment schemes. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of reinforced concrete frame developments and be confident in managing budgets, cost planning and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost management for an RC Frame residential development.
- Prepare accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Manage procurement processes and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all work aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve commercial risks and disputes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in RC Frame residential developments.
- Strong understanding of inner London construction complexities.
- Proficient in cost planning, reporting, and contract management.
- Available for an immediate start.
- Willing to work inside IR35.
