Our client is a leading mixed tenure housing provider, delivering quality houses through their highly respected brands. We are looking to onboard an Estimator to augment the team and work into an a highly regarded and experienced Senior Estimator. You will ideally have upwards of five years exposure to the role, to include providing cost plans to support land bid submissions and preparation of proposed supply chain enquiry schedules; greater detail and a full JD can be supplied in due course.
