Required background: Housebuilding
Our client is a privately-owned, residentially led property developer, specialising in the delivery of design-led, high-quality schemes throughout London and the South-East. They are looking to onboard a Development Manager who will assist the PD/SDM to appoint and manage external consultants (e.g. designers, project managers, etc.) in order to support the PD.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage the delivery of development projects through the design, planning, procurement and construction phases following the acquisition of sites.
You will actively engage with all tender/negotiation processes including the preparation and approval of tender documentation prior to this being formally issued to tenderers.
