The Role:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate planning applications, working closely with architects, consultants, and local authorities.
- Lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Conduct financial appraisals and manage development budgets.
- Identify new opportunities and assess feasibility to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in development management, ideally within a contractor developer or housebuilder.
- Strong knowledge of the planning system and UK construction regulations.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
