Our Client is looking to augment the team with a Head of Development to oversee the development team for a major joint venture . The role involves managing varying sizes of projects, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery, from acquisition RIBA 0-3 handover to the delivery team. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a portfolio of projects (£20m+), with direct oversight of some and delegation of others to Development Managers/Assistants and ensure smooth handover of projects to delivery teams and represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders.
