**A relocation opportunity to join a highly regarded fit-out contractor and manufacturer in the Kingdom of Bahrain**
This position in the setting out department focuses on managing and overseeing manufacturing packages for bespoke and hospitality projects. The role ensures seamless coordination between external and internal clients, balancing quality and cost to maintain client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting divisional goals, planning activities, prioritising deliveries, and optimising resources for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead project needs across departments and with internal teams and clients.
- Overseeing project execution with a focus on efficiency, guiding the setting out team, and managing client expectations.
- Coordinating materials, shop drawings, procurement, and prototyping while ensuring technical accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with qualifications in interiors, technical, or related fields.
They will bring deep expertise in joinery, including detailing, planning, execution strategy, shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs. Proficiency with materials commonly used in joinery and interiors is essential, along with technical skills for integrating materials.
They should be highly proficient in Autodesk and Microsoft Office applications, with skills in 3D software. Knowledge of industry standards are important. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational setting are key, as is the capacity to lead innovation, continuously improving processes through strategic analysis and solutions.
