We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a short-term contract based in South East London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven professional with a background in main contracting or residential development. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic role, overseeing multiple site teams and navigating the operational challenges that come with delivering complex construction projects.
Role Highlights:
- Work alongside an internal Manager to support ongoing project demands
- Manage and coordinate several site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Contribute to the successful execution of current schemes across the region
Requirements:
- Proven experience with a main contractor or residential developer
- Strong track record managing multiple sites simultaneously
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards across teams
