Our client is a well established contractor with an expanding housing division that is looking to onboard an experienced Contracts Manager that offers demonstrative longevity and exposure to affordable housing.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive quality, H&S and delivery of up to four projects at any one time, typically between £2m and £12m in value.
