Our Client is an industry leading commercial fit out, office design and refurbishment company who are looking to bring on an contracts administrator to sit within their front end, work winning team to help manage their growing pipeline of work.
- Prepare tender documents and pre-qualification questionnaires
- Ensuring CRM opportunities and the pipeline are up to date
- Updating operational & maintenance manuals after each project has completed.
- Setting up site packs
- General office administration
- Background in office administration, ideally within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and InDesign
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines
