With a strong national presence and a growing pipeline of construction and refurbishment, our client is now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support this next phase of expansion. Role Requirements
- Strong background in Façade refurbishment and decarbonization
- Ability to lead commercial activity across multiple schemes
- Experience with cost control, subcontract procurement, CVRs and forecasting
- A proactive, confident individual comfortable working in a developing regional structure
