Our Client are a Contractor Developer who deliver residential schemes through a blended model both for open market sale and on behalf of Housing Association clients through partnerships and joint ventures. They are a growing and people orientated business with a strong working culture and fantastic offices.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will source new land opportunities and package them to interest HA and RSL partners, overseeing the land sale through to exchange of contracts. Bringing relevant HA contacts, you will manage the database to record all key milestones as projects progress through development stages. Participate in bid writing to support public sector tendering and attend industry events to represent the business.
