We are partnering with a well-regarded architectural practice in London to appoint a capable and design-focused Associate Architect. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a senior architect ready to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on project leadership with team management and client engagement across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate design and technical stages of residential and mixed-use projects.
- Manage internal architectural teams and collaborate with consultants and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with programme, budget, and design vision.
- Support senior leadership with resource planning, client presentations, and delivery oversight.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of planning policy, building regulations, and housing standards in the UK.
Key Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in UK residential and/or mixed-use architecture, ideally at scale.
- Confident delivering projects across all RIBA stages.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential – must have hands-on BIM project experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
