Required background: Contracting
We are working with a privately owned contractor and developer client who have a first class record of delivering mixed use and residential schemes on brown field sites across the Capital and typically South of the River. Although they do undertake both housing and apartments, as well as some refurbishment – typical projects are new build flats from 5 to 20 storeys and a mixture of RC frame and traditional build.
There is an opportunity to join the firm as Health & Safety Advisor to work closely with the Head of Construction whom we introduced to the business last year. The vast majority of their work is in South East London and you will conduct site visits and audits reporting to the Head of Construction, Managing Director and Owner of the business.
Residential experience is a prerequisite and ideally you will have be exposed to RC Frame projects.
