Our client is a quality, well funded private developer looking for an administrative coordinator to join the team and provide support to both the technical and commercial departments.
- Inputting Subcontractor/Material orders
- Assisting Accounts department with material invoice queries.
- Assisting Commercial team with procurement; compiling Tender documents.
- Updating Subcontractor valuation register on a monthly basis.
- Drawing and document control via Google Drive to assist the Technical and Commercial Department.
- Reconciling drawing packs against drawing registers, liaison with external consultants on behalf of the Technical Department to ensure the google drive system is up to date and organised.
- Photocopying documents.
- General ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist in secretarial duties when required.
