The customer satisfaction survey has been released

Its that time of the year when the annual customer satisfaction survey comes out for the housebuilding industry to see. Showing what percentage of customers would recommend their builder to a friend over a 12-month period from October 2021 to September 2022

41 housebuilders this year have earned the highest, five star rating – which means 90%-plus of their customers would recommend them to a friend.

The survey is broken down into 4 sections and calculated by percentages; Home Quality, Internal Design, Completed on Time and Number of Snags, and a total of 99,726 questionnaires were sent out with a response rate of 60%.

Homebuilders remain focused on driving improvements in this area and the creation of an independent New Homes Ombudsman and a more robust Consumer Code will support this drive and should lead to even higher levels of customer satisfaction moving forward.”
