Hyde group, a member of the G15 group of major London associations, have recently appointed a new chair in Mike Kirk to take over the current chair, Alan Collett, when he retires in the Autumn.
Mike who has been chair of Vivid Homes, the Hampshire based housing association since 2017, has had a background with other non-profit organisations, including the charity TCV and Portsmouth Water.
The Hyde Group operate primarily across London, the east and south-east of England have ambition plans to build 2,000 homes a year over the next five years.
Mike Kirk said: “I am honoured and excited to be joining Hyde as chair elect. It’s an influential and progressive housing association with a rich history.”
