4,000 home social housing framework appoints Partnership housebuilders

A number of contractors and consultants have been appointed to a £560m framework for a North-west social housing consortium, including Vistry, Engie and RLB. The development will take roughly four years to complete and will bring 4,000 new homes across the region.

Other companies included in the framework are Trafford Housing Trust, One Manchester, Stockport Council, Bury Council, Torus and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.

The framework’s biggest lot is for any project valued at over £10m and Engie, United Living, Lovell Partnerships, Seddon, Anwyl and Vistry were all appointed. Engie and Seddon have also been appointed to two more contractors’ lots, between £1m-£4m and £4m-10m.

Levitt Bernstein Associates, PRP and Pozzoni Architecture have been appointed the architecture lot, whilst DPP One, Iceni Projects, Pegasus Planning Group and Tetra Tech have secured a place on the planning consultant lot.

There are also lots for M&E Engineering, Structural Engineering, Principal Designer, Purchaser Agents, employers’ agents and valuers.
