We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction business on a residential development in Falmouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
- Monitoring progress against the construction programme
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Ensuring works meet the required quality and specification
- Identifying and resolving site issues promptly
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage programme, quality and costs effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A valid SMSTS certificate
- A valid CSCS card
- A valid First Aid certificate
- Immediate availability
